You're not failing treatment. You just need someone to find out what's actually driving your symptoms first — medication decisions come after that, not before.

Not sure yet? The quiz helps you understand what's going on — no commitment.
These are the patterns women describe when they find us. If any of this resonates, you're not alone — and there are answers.
The edge is off, maybe — but you're not thriving. You feel flat, foggy, or just... not right. There's more to the picture than dosage.
Try this, try that, increase, switch, add another. No one has stopped to ask why nothing is sticking — they just keep prescribing.
Weight gain, low libido, emotional blunting, fatigue. The medication is supposed to help — but the trade-offs don't feel worth it.
The anxiety is quieter but so is everything else. You've lost your spark, your motivation, your ability to feel joy. That's not healing.
There's no time for context, no questions about your hormones or stress or life. Just "how's the dose?" and a refill.
Maybe the medication helped once but your life has changed. Maybe it was never quite right. You need someone to evaluate the whole picture, not just renew the script.
Real improvement often comes from addressing multiple factors at once — not just adjusting a dose.
We evaluate what you're taking, why, and whether it's still right for you. Medication decisions are made in context — your hormones, your stress, your body, your goals — not in isolation.
If therapy would strengthen your progress, we help identify the right type and modality for your specific needs — and connect you with the right provider so medication and therapy work together.
Chronic stress, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation affect how your body responds to medication. We address these factors so treatment actually has room to work.
We review your full history — current meds, past meds, what worked, what didn't, and what was never explored.
We look at hormones, nutrition, thyroid, stress, and nervous system factors that may be affecting your medication response.
Together we build a plan that may include medication changes, therapy recommendations, lifestyle adjustments, or lab work.
Frequent follow-ups, medication monitoring, and secure messaging with your care team. You're never left managing this alone.
With a signed Release of Information, we send a Care Summary to your therapist, OB, or PCP after every visit — including your diagnosis, treatment plan, medication changes, and next steps. We're also available for direct provider-to-provider communication, so your whole care team stays on the same page.
Follow-up cadence is part of your plan from the start — not something you have to ask for. Between scheduled visits, you can reach your care team through secure messaging whenever something comes up.
Want ongoing support built in? Beyond Boundaries ($109/month) gives you secure messaging access and priority scheduling between visits.
