4. HIPAA & Protected Health Information (PHI)

  • Appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and confirmations
  • Care coordination and follow-up communications
  • Billing or administrative notices

  • You may also request alternative communication methods by contacting us at the information below.
  • While we take reasonable steps to protect your privacy, text messages may not always be fully secure. By consenting, you acknowledge this risk.

6. Patient Responsibility for Privacy

  • You are responsible for protecting the privacy of your own devices (e.g., phone, tablet, or email account).
  • We are not liable for unauthorized access to your PHI if it results from your failure to secure your device or communication channels.

 

7. No Medical Advice via Website or SMS
