You Deserve a Trusted Mental Health Partner

I know the journey you’ve been on-caring for patient after patient struggling with ongoing mental health symptoms, searching for the right provider to refer her to, and feeling frustrated when you couldn’t find a partner who truly collaborates in patient care -especially one who isn’t afraid to support pregnant and breastfeeding patients, or the women navigating the challenges of perimenopause and beyond.

I’ve been there, too. As a Certified Nurse Midwife, I’ve worked in both private practice and large university settings, and no matter where I was, the same challenge remained: no one to share the weight of my patients’ mental health care. I saw how untreated mental health needs were affecting her physical health, relationships, and overall well-being—but my packed clinic schedule made it nearly impossible to provide the care she truly needed.

That’s why I built WMH Specialists, a practice dedicated to helping women get the mental health care they deserve. But we know that true change happens through partnerships—which is why we created the EmpowerHER Network.

This isn’t just a referral network—it’s a two-way partnership where we collaborate, co-manage, and share the weight of care. We want to support the communities we serve by working alongside women’s health providers, therapists, pediatricians, primary care doctors, and other specialists—because when we work together, women get better care.

Together, we can ensure that no woman falls through the cracks—and that every provider has the resources and connections she needs to offer truly comprehensive care. 💜

Let’s change the way we care for women—together.
