Meet yOur Team

A Safe Space Where You’ll Feel Seen, Heard, and Understood.

Real care, not just prescriptions. Starting with someone new can feel overwhelming – especially if you’ve been dismissed, rushed, or given meds that didn’t make sense. Many of our patients come to us with those stories. That’s why we take time to truly understand you – your past, your symptoms, and what you’ve already tried – so your care finally feels personal and right.

Crissy Stevenson

Hi I’m Crissy – Your Partner in Navigating Stress, Hormones, and Womanhood.

As a midwife and psychiatric nurse practitioner, I help women facing stress, exhaustion, and hormonal changes – whether it’s postpartum emotions, the shifts of perimenopause, or the daily mental load that so many of us carry. My approach blends clinical knowledge with whole-person care. I take time to listen, work collaboratively, and always consider your mental health in the full context of your hormones, your body, and your story.

Together, we’ll use thoughtful assessment, lab work, and open conversations to create a plan that truly fits you. That might include medication, hormone support, lifestyle shifts, or a mix that feels right. I work with women all across Florida through telehealth, and I’ve often been told that my care feels grounding, respectful, and like a space where you can finally exhale.

When I’m not in session, you’ll find me listening to podcasts or audiobooks or planning our next family adventure.

Laura Pohl

Hi Mama, I’m Laura – Your Guide through Life’s  Transitions.

As a midwife, psychiatric nurse practitioner, and fellow mom, I know firsthand how heavy the mental and emotional load can feel. I’ve walked with women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum for years, and I’ve also felt the pressures of trying to keep it all together. That’s what led me to deepen my training in mental health—to offer care that addresses both what’s happening in your body and what’s happening in your mind.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, or the quieter weight of overwhelm, I’ll meet you with care that’s supportive, thoughtful, and completely focused on what works for you. My passion is helping women feel understood, seen, and truly supported—at every stage of life and motherhood.

When I’m not in session, I’m spending time with my daughter, planning our next travel adventure, or snuggled up with my little lapdog, Smokey – who’s rarely more than a few inches away.

Specialities

Anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, mood disorders and providing support for the myriad challenges of womanhood in all life stages including motherhood.

Lynn Wolf

Hi I’m Lynn – Your Guide through Life’s Emotional and hormonal Shifts.

I’m Lynn, a midwife, psychiatric nurse practitioner, and mom – here to help women feel understood, supported, and never alone in their mental health journey.

My career began in labor and delivery nursing, followed by years of caring for women as a Certified Nurse Midwife. After the births of my own daughters, I experienced firsthand the emotional challenges that can follow. Even as a midwife, I found myself navigating the mental health gaps so many women face. That personal experience led me to expand my training into psychiatry, with a focus on women-centered mental health care.

Today, I support women across the lifespan – from teens to postpartum to menopause – through transitions, trauma, mood disorders, and more. My approach blends the steady, supportive presence of midwifery with evidence-based psychiatric care. I believe in meeting every woman where she is, with empathy, non judgment, and real partnership.

When I’m not in session or spending time with my three daughters, you’ll find me hiking, traveling, riding my Peloton, or sweating it out in hot yoga. I also offer bilingual care in English and Spanish.

Specialities

Depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, sleep disorders, menopause, and perinatal mood disorders.

Stephanie Sweeny

Hi I’m Stephanie – Your Advocate for Whole-person, whole-woman care.

Hi, I’m Stephanie – a Certified Nurse Midwife, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner,  founder of WMHS, and a woman who’s been there. With over a decade of experience in women’s health and my own personal journey through depression and anxiety, I’ve seen how often women’s mental health is overlooked or misunderstood.

That’s why I created WMHS – to offer care that’s clinically expert and deeply compassionate. My focus is on whole-person, whole-woman support through every phase of life: from first periods to postpartum, perimenopause, and everything in between. Whether you’re navigating stress, mood shifts, or big life transitions, IMy team and I are here to meet you with care that’s personalized, thoughtful, and rooted in respect.

Because mental wellness isn’t just another item on your to-do list – it’s the foundation for a life that feels resilient, joyful, and yours.

When I’m not in session, you’ll find me riding my horses through the Tennessee hills or tending the wildflowers at Wildflower Ranch, where I live.
