OVERVIEW
Holistic, Ongoing Support for Hormone Health, Mood, & Metabolism
Because your mood and your hormones are always talking to each other. We help you decode the signals and regain balance at every life stage. For the woman who’s tried everything—and still feels like something is off. We’ll never tell you “it’s just hormones” or brush off your concerns. Instead, we connect symptoms to real physiology and offer you real solutions.

Tired, Off, or Just Not Yourself? It’s Not All in Your Head
You’ve been told your labs are “normal”, but normal isn’t always optimal, and you feel it. We use a functional medicine approach rooted in women’s physiology to uncover the root causes of hormonal and metabolic imbalances. Through advanced hormone testing, symptom tracking, and personalized treatment plans, we help women regain energy, stabilize mood, balance cycles, and feel truly well again, from the inside out.

Hormonal Shifts and Mood - PMDD, Menopause & Hormonal Mood Imbalances
Hormonal fluctuations can deeply impact mood, sleep, and emotional regulation. We specialize in supporting women through PMDD, perimenopause, and menopause with integrative solutions that restore balance.

Personalized Functional Care Planning - Support Through Major Life Transitions
Whether you’re facing a breakup, career change, or personal reinvention, we provide the space and support to process, heal, and rediscover yourself. You don’t have to navigate these transitions alone.

Energy, Metabolism, and Nutrition - Cycle-Related Anxiety, Rage, and Fatigue
If you notice intense emotional or physical shifts tied to your cycle, you’re not alone. We help you understand and regulate these symptoms so you can feel more steady, clear, and in control.

Balance Clinic & Hormone Balance FAQs
Can I use labs I had done recently?
Yes. Please upload or bring your existing lab results with you. If any labs are missing from our core panel, we may recommend follow-up testing to complete your assessment.
Do I have to keep coming back every month?
Not at all. Your follow-up schedule will depend on your symptoms, goals, and lab results. Some women check in every 4–6 weeks during active healing, while others come in every 3–4 months for lab reviews and plan adjustments.
Will I get a prescription or supplement plan?
If needed, yes. Your provider may recommend bioidentical hormone therapy, nutritional supplements, or lifestyle changes. We use Fullscript to deliver high-quality, professional-grade supplements directly to your door—but you are never required to purchase them.
Is this a replacement for my primary care provider?
No. Balance by WMHS is a functional and integrative specialty service. We do not provide urgent care or manage general medical concerns. We strongly encourage all patients to maintain a relationship with a primary care provider.
What conditions do you treat in Balance?
- Perimenopause and menopause
- PCOS and PMDD
- Hormone imbalance
- Insulin resistance or blood sugar issues
- Fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, insomnia

Is Balance a one-time visit or long-term care?
Balance by WMHS is designed for long-term, relationship-based care. While some women begin with a lab review or single visit, most continue with us as we adjust and optimize their plan over time. You are always in control — no commitment, but full continuity.
Can I use insurance?
Yes. We will verify your insurance benefits prior to your visit. If insurance does not cover labs or visits, we offer a self-pay option (245.00 new and 135.00 follow ups)
Is Balance by WMHS a one-time visit?
No. Balance is a long-term, functional medicine care track. While your care begins with a comprehensive lab panel and intake visit, we continue with regular follow-ups to adjust your plan as your labs, symptoms, and goals evolve.
